In 2025, Modern Learners LLC, one of ̨ÍåÂãÁÄÖ±²¥'s contracted professional learning providers for the PLAN Pilot, met with the PLAN Mentor Schools to develop this showcase series highlighting their journeys and uplifting their exemplary practices.
South Bronx Community Charter High School was competitively selected to serve as a PLAN Mentor School in Focus Area C: Project-Based Learning and Performance-Based Assessment Tasks.
Tech Valley High School was competitively selected to serve as a PLAN Mentor School in Focus Area C: Project-Based Learning and Performance-Based Assessment Tasks.
Thomas A Edison CTE High School was competitively selected to serve as a PLAN Mentor School in Focus Area A: Career & Technical Education and Work-Based Learning.
